A client wanted to reduce costs, increase automation and improve transparency of sales, operational and regulatory compliance processes. Their existing solution was based around excel and they had limited IT capability within the organisation. They had limited automation and the existing tasks were error prone and involved significant manual effort. The reporting that they could do was limited and holding back their ambitions as a business.

How we helped

Kinaesis started by training their internal teams on the possibilities with a good data approach to produce accurate compliant reports. We leveraged our analytics delivery platform to automate the reporting and analytics and to embed it into the standard Sales and Marketing operational processes. Our consultants embedded data governance into the solution as well as data quality reports to help the client trust the new data and resolve historical differences.
