A UK Investment Manager wanted to improve efficiency of their sales and marketing efforts. They had limited sales resources and they wanted them to focus on value add clients and marketing methods that would help them to grow their fund distribution.
Kinaesis started by completing an operational review of their existing processes. Our managing consultant analysed how they were currently working reviewing the documents and the processes involved. They used their knowledge to identify gaps and inefficiencies and established a roadmap for improvement. Off the back of this work they completed a technology selection process for a new administrative platform and specified a new analytics and reporting front end.
The investment manager implemented the new administrative solution to bring some structure to their operations. They implemented a new sales and marketing insight platform that they would roll out to the sales and marketing teams providing them with the knowledge to target customers and their marketing spend more efficiently.
